At Syrena Boutique our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

We offer an exchange within 5 days of receive merchandise in perfect condition of the same item.  ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • You may claim the merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  •  Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances. If this happens, will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, or accessories/bags. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES! FACEBOOK LIVES SALES ARE FINALS!

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to us without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING:
In-stock items orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner. For Pre-orders items read terms and conditions here.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
